At Hestia, we are committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment for all our clients. However, as our clinic is located in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building, it features stairs leading to both our wellness lounge and clinical space, making access difficult for those with mobility challenges.

We understand that accessibility is important, and while we are unable to offer step-free access at this location, our team is always happy to discuss how we can best accommodate your needs. Children on the Premises

At Hestia, we prioritise the safety and well-being of all our clients. Due to the layout of our clinic, which includes sharps and medical machinery, we are unable to accommodate children on the premises in compliance with our insurance policy. The only exception is children who are accompanied by an adult and are either seeking or having treatments with Hestia. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a safe, professional environment for all.
