Generally all skin booster are incredibly safe, due their tissue friendly viability the skin does not usually react as we naturally have hyaluronic acid within our skin. Skin boosters are not cross linked, meaning that unlike filler they do not have any risk of a vascular occlusion, the product is fluid like and is designs to disperse over a large area.
Most common risks are the same associated with any aesthetic procedure and include mild welling, bruising and tenderness over the area which usually resolves with 24-48 hours.
